Nineteen years ago, we set out to recognize component repair facilities that consistently deliver results exceeding industry standards. Our goal was to honor companies that drive innovation, embrace cutting-edge technologies, and provide unparalleled customer support within the aviation maintenance sector. With this vision, the Top Shop Awards were launched to shine a spotlight on organizations that help set the benchmark for excellence in our industry.

Over the years, the Top Shop Awards have evolved into one of the most prestigious distinctions in aviation maintenance. To date, 414 awards have been presented across as many as thirty different repair categories, making the annual awards a highly anticipated event among aviation professionals worldwide.

For several years, we have hosted an awards ceremony on the evening before MRO Americas begins. While this has always been an enjoyable and well-attended event, we have been eager to provide even greater exposure for our award winners. That’s why we are excited to announce that next April, we have secured a 20x20 exhibit space at MRO Americas in Orlando, Florida, dedicated to showcasing the 2026 Top Shop Award winners. Rather than a three-hour ceremony for a select group of 300 attendees, the 2026 winners will benefit from three full days of exposure to thousands of industry professionals.
